Lab 13.1.1

The table below shows the distribution of the 2020 US presidential electoral votes. An official claims that the distribution is proportional with the popular vote, with 51.3% for Biden and 46.9% for Trump. Test the officials claim at α=0.10\alpha = 0.10.
